Very happy with George's services. We had a problem with our heating and George sorted it out without fuss. We also had various other little jobs which needed to be completed - George did them all quickly and efficiently Extremely clean worker. He said it would take two days and was true to his word. He gave us some professional advice which we were happy to take. Would definitely use him again and would be more than happy to recommend. Well done George - our home is nice and toasty again!

Very professional service!! With two visits in a week (had to order a part), the boiler was fixed. George even explained us how to save on the energy bill. Highly recommend George.

It's the second time we've used Thames Boilers within the year since moving to Kent. The service is second to none. George is very polite, professional and honest! He tells you when parts don't need replacing and even charges less than quoted if the job took less time than anticipated so you really couldn't ask for anything more. He's always been punctual, keeps the workplace tidy and clean when done and has great communication skills. He explains the problems found and tells you what your options are so you can decide what works best for you. Excellent service, would highly recommend to family and friends.

George provided a fixed price for replacing the pump. He was quick, tidy and extremely personable. He went out of his way to show me the old pump in order to explain that there wasn't sludge in the system as I had first suspected (i contacted him for a system power clean but he advised replacing the pump would be cheaper and likely to be far more effective) so he saved me a lot of money. Thanks George. It's great to now have someone like you in the contact list for future needs.

I found Thames Boilers via Google search as I needed an emergency plumber to come out asap. George arrived quickly within an hour (Other companies had agreed to take on the job but had later let me down!). George assessed the problem, gave me a price and got the flush working again. There was a 10% discount as I was a new customer. I was so happy with the work that I booked him to come back and replace the flush with a new one a week later. I highly recommend Thames Boilers as George is very pleasant and polite, the service is prompt and timely and the standard of work is excellent!

George did a great job servicing our 30 year old boiler and replacing a faulty 3-port valve. Turned up at agreed time and was very polite and kept me informed of what he was doing. Would recommend.

Very good indeed. Booked diagnosis visit the day after I called. During the first visit George checked for the most obvious fault, determined that this wasn't the problem and the diagnosed the actual faulty part. This proved difficult to source and had to be ordered in from Germany, but George returned just over a week later to fit - job done. George is very polite and courteous. I will use again for servicing and would happily recommend him.

George from Thames Boilers came to install a brand new boiler in my property. Our previous boiler was 21 years old and beyond repair. George went through all the different options available to us, understood our needs and we settled on our new boiler. During installation he explained in detail what he was doing and what he'd be doing next. He was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the entire installation. George arrived on time, knew his trade, tried to fix the code without changing he pcb, asked me to send him a photo the night before so he could bring parts to save me money. I googled the code, knew the price I could buy the pcb and it needed changing and his total cost wasn’t much more than I could have brought the card. Really pleasant guy, who wanted to deliver good service, you could tell it was important to him. I would use him again and recommend. I called 18:30 last night and he was around this morning and I don’t feel ripped off. That’s good for a heating engineer !!!

He offered various options for solutions and was very clear in explaining what the reasons were which meant we could make an informed decision without wasting money trying different things first which would have cost more. George was recommended to me by a family member who was very pleased with Central Heating repairs he recently carried out for her. Having already been let down by two previous gas engineers, I contacted him without expectation but was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful he was. He was prepared to travel the extra distance for me and arrived on the day and exact time that we arranged and got the job done (that others had said was difficult) without fuss, mess or any difficulties. His service is second to none and I won't hesitate to call on him again if needed in the future.
